Oceans Wonders Propagation mounts are simply the best in the business.

The big advantage we find is in the propagation of Zoanthid's and Palythoa's. The OW plug or disk is strong and heavy enough to hold the frag and stay in place in high flow areas, yet has a soft enough texture that allows you too "frag the frag". You are able, with the proper tools and safety equipment, to cut underneath the frag without harming the polyp mat. If you want to frag an encrusting coral they easily cut with the DFS-100 saw - again using the proper safety equipment. We have also use their N52 frag rack. It's high quality, durable and made of the "injection molded aquarium grade black ABS plastic" that everyone wants.
FragSupply also carries our own discounted private labeled reef plugs and disks. These mounts are made of "Agrocrete, and we cure them 30 days prior to shipment to make them completely reef safe. Although Agrocrete requires more work on our side for curing, we can provide it at a lower cost than ceramic and our customers have never had any problems."
These plugs and disks are our low-cost solution when you need a "ceramic-like" mount. They are as hard as ceramic for when you want that hard surface for propagating SPS. The small plugs are ideal because of the small head area which allows for little growth inhibiting detritus to accumulate. The small plugs also fit side-by-side in egg-crate increasing your rack capacity. We also offer the larger frag disks. The disk which is fully 2 1/4" in diameter, is perfect for your precious chalices to grow. Give either a try and let them grow!
